The wine cellar

Only grapes of the best quality and matureness are harvested. The harvest is put into steel tanks, where controlled fermentation takes place. During fermentation, the grape and fruit sugar is changed to alcohol through the wine yeast.

This process takes ten days, after which, the new, dull wine comes into the old wine cellar at Eberlehof. Here in the oak barrels, the wines develop to ruby red, full-bodied quality wines.

A classic St. Magdalener, a South Tyrolean Lagrein, a South Tyrolean Cabernet, a South Tyrolean Merlot and a South Tyrolean Cuvèe Mabon are all part of our assortment. The wines are grown according to old traditions and experience, and processed with modern cellar technology and bottled at the right time.

The 26 gold medals that our winery has won over the past few years show us, that we are on the right path.
